These pieces are created with great care, and the selection of materials, design elements, and finishes are all chosen to align with your preferences and needs. Due to the unique nature of custom pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items. Your involvement in the design process ensures that the final product is precisely what you desire.
For in-store ready made items, customer is responsible to inspect the item(s) before making payment. Falkon Furnishings will not be responsible for any damage/breakage caused to the item(s) purchased once it leaves our premises.
